Marysville High School – Jessica

I have known Jessica for almost 7 years now. When she first contacted me for senior pictures, I couldn’t believe it! The first thought I had was “how could the little Jr. Higher that I knew be graduating?”

I met Jessica when I started working at the Marysville Library back in 2012. She was in Jr. High at the time and one of the teens in my teen group that met once a week. Now, almost 7 years later, she’s grown up, and graduating!

Jessica’s session is one that I will never forget… lol Between the weather, her amazing (and hilarious)  mom, and talking about old memories, we laughed almost the entire time. The original plan was to meet in Port Huron for half of the session and then head to the country for the second half. Unfortunately, the weather had other plans and a storm blew in half-way through Jessica’s session.

The wind and light rain may have bothered some girls, but Jessica was amazing! She worked with the weather and we were able to get a lot of her session done! We did decide to split her session into two smaller sessions though since the worst of the storm was coming.

We finished Jessica’s session in the city at the Blue Water Bridge and then met up the next day to finish her session in the country. I had a little area that I knew of, that was just what Jessica was looking for. I could have photographed Jessica all night but when my camera battery died, we called it a night.

Congratulations Jessica! I am so proud of you and hope to keep in touch!

Enjoy!
