I’m a Michigan-based senior portrait photographer, and I’m here to capture you—your personality, your style, and this incredible moment in your life.
My photography journey began in 2014 while I was in school working toward my master’s degree. I balanced studying, a part-time job at the library, and weekend photography sessions, all while dreaming of making photography my full-time career. That dream became a reality in April 2023 when I took a leap of faith, left my library job, and dedicated myself fully to photography—and I haven’t looked back since!
Working with high school seniors is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do. My goal is to make sure you feel comfortable, confident, and most importantly, like yourself in front of the camera. I hear all the time from my seniors how fun and relaxed their sessions are, and that’s exactly what I aim for! This is your time to celebrate who you are and the exciting future ahead, and I want to help you create images that truly reflect you.

I know planning your senior photos can feel overwhelming—there are so many details to think about! But don’t worry, my goal is to make this process simple, stress-free, and most of all, fun! Your senior photos should be more than just pictures; they should be an experience that truly reflects you.
Once you’re ready to book, you’ll receive a proposal where you can choose the package that best fits your vision. From there, you’ll sign a contract and pay a 20% non-refundable retainer to officially reserve your session date. The remaining balance will be split into a payment plan to make things easy.
After booking, I’ll send you everything you need to prepare for your session, including a helpful guide with outfit tips and location ideas. You’ll also receive a questionnaire so I can get to know you—your style, interests, and what makes you you! This helps me personalize your session and make sure we create images that truly represent who you are at this exciting time in your life.
By the time your session day arrives, you’ll feel totally prepared and ready to have an amazing time! My goal is to make you feel comfortable, confident in front of the camera. Let’s make this experience one to remember!

Years from now, when your high school days feel like a distant memory, your senior portraits will be what take you back—reminding you of who you were, what you loved, and the excitement of stepping into your future. But here’s the thing: photos aren’t meant to just sit on a phone or get lost in the shuffle of social media. Technology changes fast, and digital files can become outdated.
That’s why I believe in creating more than just images—I want to give you something tangible. Whether it’s a custom album filled with your favorite portraits or beautiful prints to hang on your wall, your senior photos should be something you can hold, share, and look back on for years to come.

Frequently Asked questions
I'm based near Memphis, Michigan, and love to travel! Sessions further than 30 miles from Memphis, Michigan will incur a travel fee. Mention your location when you contact me, and I will provide a quote. If your location is on my list of places I'd like to photograph, you may be eligible for special pricing.
You will receive an email with your online gallery link, a bonus mobile app, and other instructions 1-2 weeks after your portrait session. This timeframe could be shorter depending on the season.
The number of images you receive will vary based on the package you choose and the amount of time it includes. I provide an estimate with each package, but I'm typically an "over-shooter" and usually deliver more.
Your photos will be delivered in an online gallery and mobile app. The images in your online gallery are larger files and are best for downloading to your computer, meanwhile the mobile app downloads are smaller files that don't take up as much storage on your phone and are a better size for sharing on social media. Feel free to share these links with your friends and family.
I prefer to use natural light for portraits, but I’m fully equipped to work with flash in any setting. My goal is to ensure that my flash images blend seamlessly with my natural light work, giving you a consistent and cohesive gallery. When time and location allow, I also love using flash creatively to add a unique and artistic touch to your images.
First, you will need to fill out the inquiry form on my website. Once I receive this, I will send you an email with a link to my pricing guide full of information. If you choose to book with me, a contract will need to be signed and a 20% non-refundable retainer paid.
I am currently booking 2025-2026 portrait session dates. I recommend booking 2-3 months in advance to ensure the date/season you'd like to have is available.
I do! I know this is an investment, so I make it easier by offering various payment plans that work with your budget. Unless otherwise requested, your total will be divided into 5 payments, but can be customized as needed. The non-refundable deposit to hold your date is 20% at the signing of your contract.
My cameras record each photo to 2 different memory cards. If there is an issue with a memory card, I have a backup!
After your portrait session, I transfer your photos to a solid-state hard drive and do not delete them from my camera cards until after your images are edited and uploaded to your online gallery.
In Michigan, it's normal for us to have a lot of cloudy days. I don't typically reschedule a portrait session unless there is rain. In the case of rain or snow, we will choose a new date that works for you, although if you're up for a unique experience, I have worked in rain and snow. I have a collection of clear umbrellas and am always up for an adventure!
In my 11+ years of photographing portraits, I have never missed a session. I would love to say that this will always be the case, but unfortunately, we never know what the future holds. In the case of an emergency, you have the option to trust me to provide a backup photographer that I have all the confidence in to photograph your session, or we can reschedule your session.
