I traveled to Traverse City for Ryan and Megan’s engagement session at Empire Bluffs. We were hoping for a sunset and in spite of the somewhat cloudy day, we still got some beautiful colors for the end of their session!

Ryan and Megan met online and had their first date at the Traverse City Whiskey Company. Two years later, that’s where Ryan proposed! Ryan and Megan love hiking and doing outside activities together so when they mentioned having their engagement pictures taken at Empire Bluffs, I was all for it! We set up a date and I took a trip over to Traverse City for the weekend.

Their session was beautiful! We had very little wind and even some snow! With Michigan’s weird winters, we weren’t sure if we were going to have snow, but it all worked out. I even got my flash out for some fun pictures at the end! (Scroll to the end) 🙂
