The heart of this estate is a 1834 Greek Revival Farmhouse with a pristine exterior and a modern interior to ensure you can spend your wedding day in comfort. As you continue to explore the property, you will find an iconic 1837 red barn as well as lush gardens filled with vegetables waiting to be cooked into the next great creation. This spot is sophisticated yet rustic, sprawling yet intimate. It’s everything you could possibly dream up for your Michigan wedding day!
Details of the Grounds
Zingerman’s Cornman Farms gives you an all-inclusive package that is guaranteed to deliver a stress-free wedding. The morning of your celebration, you can head to the main house, where you can get ready for the day. Before you put on your gown, you will go to the Hair and Makeup Room, a quaint space decorated with striped blue wallpaper, mirrors, and salon-style lighting. They were thoughtful when they designed this room, giving you plenty of USB outlets you can use for charging your phone so you can blast music and take pics with your party.
Once all this is done, you can head to the dressing room and get into your outfit for the day. This space offers a mural with a brass bar running across the length of the room, perfect for getting unique pics of your dress. You are going to have plenty of space to put on your gown while sharing a moment with your family.
The venue offers a few extra spots where you can spend the morning of your wedding. Your wedding party can unwind in the Upstairs Lounge, share mimosas in the Living Room, or grab some pics in The Library.

Once it’s time for your ceremony, you will have your choice of spaces. Outdoor weddings typically happen in The Grove, with the mansion showing off in the backdrop. As you exchange your vows, you will have storied trees to give your guests some shade from the sun. For those who would prefer an indoor wedding, you can choose between The Loft and The Farmhouse. The former option is perfect for people who want a rustic backdrop for their barn wedding.
You’ll say your I dos in front of a large window, giving you just enough natural light to make the place look dreamy and romantic. Those who prefer a different flavor of sophistication will love tying the knot in The Farmhouse in front of the working fireplace. In here, the walls are a soft, off-white shade, while statement light fixtures add to the vibes. You will also be able to take in views of the property thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows.

For your couple’s portraits, you will be able to take pictures outside of the red barn, inside the Chef’s Garden surrounded by verdant plants, or in the middle of the grain fields where the land will stretch on for acres.
Wedding Details
Not only will this property give you a stunning setting for your wedding, but they are also going to make sure you have everything you need for a seamless day. Their packages will include an event coordinator, service staff, a farmhouse chef, and farm production/execution staff. They are going to give you exclusive access to the property that can last for 6-12 hours.
Your rental is going to include set-up and tear-down, plus they can handle chairs, tables, and dinnerware. They keep the theme by using vintage china for a divine place setting. While you can always use your own wedding officiant, they have an on-site one if you need them.
Finally, the food here is going to take your celebration to the next level! You will have a three-course family-style meal as well as tea and coffee. They have an on-site bakery that can provide you with a personalized cake!
